Booking policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
- Check in on board: 12:10pm
- Check out: 11:35am
- Return Hanoi: 2:30pm
- The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 5-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $40/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2022 and Lunar New Year 2023
- Shuttle bus: $40/ adult and $30/ child round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- On the second day you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.

Itinerary
Afternoon:Savour a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic cruises amongst the limestone islands. In the afternoon, we will stop at Surprise Cave, the most impressive cave in Halong Bay. Climb up the stairs and be thrilled by what Mother Nature has crafted here. Later return to main boat and continue cruising further into the Bay to Titop Island.
Have a shower to relax then you can join us in our cooking class in the dining room or sunset party on sundeck. For the rest of the night, socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.
AfternoonSavour a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic cruises amongst the limestone islands. In the afternoon, explore Surprise Cave and contemplate the pristine beauty of thousands years old stalactites.
Get back to main boat as we delve deeper into the myriad of caves and grottos. Stop at Titop Beach and enjoy swimming or hiking (weather permits).
In late afternoon, you can join us in our sunset party on sundeck or cooking demonstration in the dining room. For the rest of the night, socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.
AfternoonReturn to the day boat. Enjoy a barbecue lunch on board. Explore Lan Ha Bay and visit a floating pearl farm and learn the technique of producing high quality pearls. Cruise back to the main boat and enjoy dinner at 19:00 and entertain the night with squid fishing or just laze around.
